Custom Cut MDO Overhead and Pole Sign, Logo Icons & Hours on Glass, Enticements on Painted Brick

Paprika asked Manning Signs to design a full storefront treatment as they built out their new brick and mortar location on N. Lamar, around the corner from the original truck. Working with owner Margarito Perez and designer Edith Valle, we developed a cohesive look, balancing their playful branding and their serious commitment to great food and community.

Paprika’s Taqueria makes Brentwood the permanent home of the beloved Austin food truck. Our storefront treatment includes painting on glass, brick, and MDO. Custom cut letters complement the chunky drop shadows of the Paprika logo, bringing the overhead signage into focus. A fresh double-sided pole sign showcases clean and visible branding to street traffic. With Brazos Trading Company as Paprika’s neighbors, we had to add a nod to their classic BOOTS signage.
